I feel excited about this, actually! I have always wanted a nickname.

I am sorry to hear that, Ms./Mr. Anonymous! How are you doing on this fine evening? I miss talkin’ to all of you.

Anonymous asked: one, since when did you start giving out kisses and two, where the hell can i get one?

I was not aware that there was any sort of demand for this sort of thing!

Anonymous asked: Whatever would Alex think of this Meyer?

She knows that she can trust me…or, at least, I hope that she does. She’s a smart gal, and I never forget that.

Why don’t you come over here and I’ll tell ya?

estoy-perdida asked: Will you be my Valentine? :)

Surely, miss! I’m flattered that you’d ask.

I certainly hope that you had a nice Valentine’s Day!

Anonymous asked: oh meyer, a sweet and adorable guy like you? you'll do fine! here's some tips. we love to be surprised! chocolates and flowers are always nice (especially if they're our favorite flowers), but if you really know your girl and what she likes then going all out will definitely win her over. try taking her out for a night on the town, buying her a special gift like a rare book or a lovely necklace, writing her a love letter...meyer you're a handsome fella! you'll do great. :)

Thank you very graciously for all of the thoughtful tips and compliments, miss! I am takin’ notes as we speak…

I hope that your Valentine’s Day is swell!

Anonymous asked: meyer! any plans for valentine's day? :D

Heh, it is funny that you’ve asked me this. I was just mulling the topic over in my mind.

I’m not a very good romantic. I am one of those fellas who secretly (or maybe not-so-secretly now…) would really like to be one of those romantic types, but I’m just not really skilled in that area.

What do ladies like on Valentine’s Day? Maybe I can try to swiftly pop down to AC and give my favorite gal a visit…

askalexroux asked: You still alive, mon amour, or should I start sendin' out search parties to New York?

Hah, I am still here! Fortunately or unfortunately—that’s up to you. ;-)

Business has kept me away in New York for longer than I’d anticipated. Believe me, I’ve been dyin’ to make my way back down to AC! If I don’t get a chance to head down, I just might have to sneak down!

petiteberries answered: Meyer! You’ve been missed. It’s good to see you again.

Thank you, miss! I have missed this old tumblr place too. It’s nice to see you again as well. Did I miss anything interesting?

askalexroux answered: Doin’ fine. How are you?

Good to hear, dear. I’m doin’ fine, myself. How’ve things been on your end lately?

It was nice to hear from everybody about their weekends. Pardon me for not being around very much lately. My excuse is that I’ve just gotten a bit busy.

Now I will ask… How’s everyone doin’ this week so far?

Anonymous asked: Meyer Lansky, you are one of favourite Jews. And I say this as a fellow Jew. I'd wish you good luck for the future, but I already know what's going to happen to you.

Well, I thank ya kindly, Anonymous, as there is quite a large spread of fellow noble Jews out there, and I feel flattered that you’d say that!

I do, however, wonder how it is possible that you can see into the future…
